We have developed a SaaS solution that helps with smart e-mail delivery and marketing research. It is called Quanda and is the only such tool on the Czech market. It offers everything that marketers need in one place, and can send thousands of e-mails per minute.
In 2011, the marketing company Quanda addressed us with a desire to create customised software that would function as an e-mailing tool with online surveys in one.
Quanda had years of experience in the marketing environment. They were familiar with large tools like MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics or Salesforce from their practice, but these didn't suit them because they had to use several of them at one time. They lacked one tool,
And that's why they approached us. They planned to use the tool themselves, but also wanted to offer it to other marketers, analysts and researchers as SaaS. We immediately saw Quanda's intention as a product with great potential on the Czech market.
If you don't want most of your marketing emails to end up in the SPAM folder or in promotions/bulk mail, you need to increase the credibility of your emails. Setting SPF and DKIM in your sending domain is a must; this will increase the credibility of the e-mails you send. Other factors affecting delivery are, for example: the reputation of the sending domain, the sending server´s score of the IP address, and last but not least the quality of the content and links in the body of the e-mail itself.
Czech company Quanda focuses on marketing consultation and has been gathering experience since the 1990s. Its services include marketing analysis, but it also creates company magazines. It runs the Quanda SaaS application, which offers similar functions as the well-known services MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, etc. and unifies them into one tool for marketers.
Quanda planned to be the first application on the Czech market that would integrate the most common functions of e-mail marketing.

These basic features were later joined by others, such as improved contact and business database management and automated emails. In addition, before the GDPR came into force, Quanda was gradually expanded to include functions related to this legislation.
We agreed with the client on the goals: the tool must make life easier for people in the marketing department, be really easy to use and switch easily between multiple languages. At the same time, it would have a free trial and various tariff variants.
For the initial analysis, we conducted workshops with the client and conducted a search for solutions available on the market. We found an interesting thing: large marketing research tools have gaps in the result analyses, especially in answering interconnected questions.
We decided to build a modular integrated platform.
We have been cooperating on the tool for more than ten years and are moving it according to the new needs of the client.

Together with Quanda, we created a well-structured and fast-working tool that makes it easier for marketers to automate and integrate e-mail campaigns, online surveys, and web-based contact collection forms.
We have enhanced Quanda's smart emailing with HELIOS automations. Thanks to them, users can increase their company's turnover and improve customer relations.
